How wonderful that our long COVID hibernation may be nearing an end as vaccinations finally become available. With normal life, including our social lives, hopefully resuming soon, now is a great time to invest in some global rejuvenation while you can still hide behind a mask for a few days of downtime. FRAXEL LASER RESURFACING

Even out pigmentation and repair sun-damaged skin. Nothing compares to the results from Fraxel. Even one treatment will make a difference. Your skin will slough for 3-5 days but will emerge with that Fraxel glow.

SECRET RF

Microneedling with Radiofrequency is a favorite at MGMD Dermatology. This technology combines the textural improvements from microneedling with the skin tightening effects of radiofrequency. There is minimal downtime and any post procedure redness is typically gone by the next day. Results are seen after one treatment and continue to improve over the next three months. We recommend a series of 3 treatments for best results or 1 treatment every 3-6 months for maintenance.

PERFECT 10 PEEL

Some patients adore how their skin feels after a peel. We love this peel because it combines 10 different peeling agents followed by a Retinol booster. Expect to peel for up to one week followed by a glowing and radiant complexion. This peel can be done by itself or in a series to address skin issues such as Melasma and Hyperpimentation.

LASERGENESIS

Sometimes referred to as Laser Toning or a Laser Peel, this procedure has a dedicated group of followers. Pulses of laser energy are absorbed by the skin and converted to heat which triggers a cascade of healing factors resulting in decreased redness, improved texture, diminished appearance of pores and even decreased acne (great for maskne) and acne scarring. This no downtime, no pain procedure is a no-brainer. Results are seen after 1 treatment and maximized with a series of 3 monthly treatments.

IPL (intense pulse light)

Intense Pulse Light is another popular treatment. Known as a photo facial this treatment can be tailored to address red skin such as those with Rosacea or pigmentation issues seen from sun damage. Expect a day or two of redness and your brown spots will appear darker for about one week before they slough off and lighten. Ask about our Red Relief Package or our Skin Rejuvenation Package which combine IPL with other devices to maximize results.

Hydrafacial – Lymphatic Drainage – Dermaplaning

Hydrafacial combines cleansing, extraction, and hydration in one procedure, for clearer, more beautiful skin with little to no downtime--the perfect post-winter facial "pick me up". Customize your Hydrafacial with different serums and protocols to zero in on specific issues such as pigmentation and Rosacea.

Lymphatic Drainage can be added to any Hydrafacial for an enhanced result. This gentle, effective treatment reduces facial puffiness and sinus congestion by manipulating the lymph nodes of the face with a gentle facial cupping device. Lymphatic facial massage increases lymph flow and assists in the drainage of dormant cellular fluid and released toxins. Clearing this toxic build up helps optimize skin health and appearance. Remove unwanted hair and dead skin with Dermaplaning. Combine Dermaplaning with Hydrafacial and Lymphatic Drainage for turbocharged exfoliation and detoxification.
